We help people who are experiencing problems with their energy supplier. We can assist with negotiation with suppliers or give advice on how to switch and get the best deal for your circumstances.
We also run sessions for front line workers to help them understand energy issues and assist their users. Please contact us if your organisation might benefit from this.
With the introduction of Universal Credit, we run budgeting sessions for people who are being moved on to this benefit.
